118 exhibition stands for INHORGENTA Munich

At INHORGENTA MUNICH 2024, SYMA, as one of the exhibition stand construction partners, was responsible for implementing an extensive modular stand construction programme for numerous exhibitors.

In total, 118 modular stand packages were created across an area of around 2,350 m². The particular challenge lay not only in the sheer volume, but in combining standardisation with individuality: The basic modular concepts had to remain efficient to plan and implement, whilst at the same time being able to cater for the different brands, products and requirements of the individual exhibitors.

This resulted in numerous distinctive exhibition stands, all based on a shared structural logic. Graphics, fittings, presentation areas and other elements could be customised, whilst the modular basis ensured an efficient project workflow.

A project of this scale also requires precise organisational planning. Exhibitor support, technical coordination, production, logistics and the assembly of numerous stand areas all had to be co-ordinated within a tight trade fair schedule. Last-minute adjustments are also part and parcel of day-to-day operations in an event project of this kind.

In addition to the modular stand packages, SYMA realised four bespoke exhibition stands at INHORGENTA 2024, totalling around 650 m². This brought the total stand construction volume managed by SYMA to more than 3,000 m².

The project exemplifies the strengths of modular exhibition solutions: standardisation where it creates efficiency – customisation where exhibitors wish to showcase their own identity.

This provides trade fair organisers with a scalable solution that allows them to plan a large number of different stand projects in a structured manner, implement them reliably and still design them individually.
