A well-rounded performance for global logistics

For GEODIS, SYMA developed, planned and implemented a bespoke exhibition stand at transport logistic 2025 in Munich, combining international logistics expertise with a striking spatial design and a high-quality visitor experience.

The architectural centrepiece was the circular double-storey structure. Its curved shape gave the stand a distinctive character whilst ensuring high visibility within the exhibition hall. The two-storey structure created additional space for various communication and lounge areas without compromising the stand’s open character.

Visitors were greeted right from the welcome desk by a transparent LED wall. Digital content and large-format brand communication were thus seamlessly integrated into the architecture, turning the stand into a platform visible from afar for the various services offered by the GEODIS Group.

In terms of content, GEODIS used transport logistic to showcase the international logistics company’s broad range of services. Specialist presentations at the stand covered topics including automation, artificial intelligence, CSR, customs and pharmaceuticals. trans-o-flex, the division of the GEODIS Group specialising in temperature-controlled pharmaceutical transport, was also integrated into the joint exhibition presence.

With GEODIS AirSmart, the company also presented a new solution for lower-emission air freight at transport logistic. This meant that the stand served not only as a space for communication and networking, but also as a platform for new offerings and future-oriented topics in the logistics sector.

The stand gained particular recognition thanks to the French Hour. The stand’s illuminated columns changed to the colours of the French tricolour, thereby evoking GEODIS’s origins in an emotional way. A crêpe station and other hospitality offerings also turned the exhibition stand into a lively meeting place for customers, partners and international trade visitors.

A photo booth added an interactive element to the display and invited guests to become part of the trade fair experience themselves.

The result was a unique trade fair presence that combined brand architecture, digital communication, innovation and hospitality into a single experience – and visually showcased GEODIS’s international focus.
