More space for discussion – a double-decker for the BWE

For its exhibition at HUSUM WIND 2025, the German Wind Energy Association (Bundesverband WindEnergie e.V.) opted for an open, two-storey exhibition stand. The stand was designed and built by EMS Event- & Messe-Service GmbH. SYMA supplied the double-storey system to the stand construction partner EMS.

The additional level does not simply provide more space, but creates a clear, functional layout. On the ground floor, the reception area, seating areas and an open-plan presentation area combine to form a communicative meeting point. The upper floor, with its lounge and quiet zones, offers space for more private and confidential discussions.

During the four days of the trade fair, the stand was used in a variety of ways – from specialist presentations and expert sessions to one-to-one discussions and the BWE stand party.

The double-storey design demonstrates how a multi-storey modular solution can create additional usable space without compromising the openness and accessibility of a trade fair stand.
