Senior HR Business Partner & Member of the Executive Board 80 – 100%(all genders)

This position offers a unique opportunity to perform operational HR functions as well as contribute to strategic decisions at business level.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the entire HRM of the company and close cooperation with the management in the development and implementation of the corporate strategy.
  • Design, implement and optimise HR policies, programmes and processes to ensure efficient and high quality HR support.
  • Advising and supporting management and executives on all HR-related matters, including performance management, talent development
    and succession planning.
  • Identify HR trends, best practices and benchmarks to ensure business competitiveness and develop innovative HR strategies.
  • Optimisation of health management through preventive measures (absence and case management)
  • Leadership and development of managers through individual coaching, training and mentoring programmes.
  • Active promotion of young talent, identification of high potentials and implementation of development programmes to ensure a talented workforce.
  • Planning and implementation of employer branding initiatives to increase the attractiveness of the company as an employer and to attract highly qualified professionals.
  • Development and implementation of holistic HR marketing strategies, including the use of different channels and technologies
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities, educational institutions and professional associations, to expand the company’s talent pool.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations and policies and continuously review and update these policies.
  • Administrative support is available in this function.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in business administration, psychology or a comparable course of study. An advanced HR qualification is an advantage.
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar position as HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
  • Proven experience in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programmes that add value to the business.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to think strategically while tackling operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the company.
  • Experience as a vocational trainer and knowledge in dealing with learners is an advantage.
  • Operationally strong with the ability to put strategic plans into practice and monitor implementation.
  • Courage to make decisions and take responsibility.
  • Work closely with the line to understand the needs of the business units and provide HR solutions.
  • Solution-oriented action and the ability to master complex HR challenges.
