Project scope:
Our team was responsible for the design and construction of exhibition stands covering over 3000 square meters. This included the development and realization of 118 modular exhibition packages, covering a total of 2350 square meters, as well as the customized planning and execution of four individual stands, with a total area of 650 square meters.
Implementation:
The challenge was to find individual solutions for each exhibitor within a defined time and budget framework. The aim was to present the numerous and highly diverse products appropriately, to preserve the exhibitors’ brand identity and to create an inviting atmosphere for visitors. Thanks to the close cooperation with the exhibitors and the use of modern technologies and materials, we were able to convincingly fulfill all these goals.

Comprehensive expertise:
Thanks to our extensive knowledge of the trade fair location and our many years of experience, we were able to confidently manage the logistical coordination of the numerous trade fair stands, compliance with all safety regulations and consideration of exhibitors’ last-minute change requests. Our efficient planning processes and the great performance of the SYMA team of experts were decisive in ensuring that everything ran smoothly.
Conclusion:
In its anniversary year, Inhorgenta was crowned with sparkling success. As the central stand builder, we are proud of SYMA’s significant contribution to the public image of this traditional trade fair. The positive response from exhibitors and visitors confirms our work and underlines the quality of the exhibition stands, contacts and experiences created. We are already looking forward to the next joint project.
