The ambitious goal set at the beginning of the year has been achieved: We are now officially certified according to the industry standard ISO 20121 for sustainable event management. The certification confirms that SYMA-SYSTEM AG has thoroughly addressed internal sustainability factors. ISO 20121 focuses on internal company processes that are regularly monitored externally.
With the three-year certification, SYMA commits to a continuous improvement process. Specific areas of focus were defined in advance, which will be further developed in the next cycle. We see this as a long-term commitment to firmly anchoring sustainable standards and continuously achieving progress. At this point, we would like to express our sincere thanks to the Swiss industry association EXPO EVENT – Swiss LiveCom Association, which provided us with comprehensive guidance throughout the process and actively supported us in reaching this milestone.
