Before awarding the contract

Strategic initial consultation

A precise analysis is the first step: What are the goals of the website? Which target groups should be reached? Which brand values are the focus? We clarify or develop the content, design and functional requirements together. Budget, schedule, trade fair specifications and international framework conditions are integrated at an early stage. For us, the initial consultation is part of good customer service and is key to success.

Stand planning and customer experience

Each customised stand concept is developed along the customer journey and tailored to both your needs and those of the stand visitors as well as the trade fair location. The goal is clear: to create an unforgettable sales experience that visitors will remember for a long time. The concept is iteratively honed in close consultation with the customer until the design, function and brand message are precisely harmonised.

Concept and design development

In close consultation with you, we bring your idea to life along the customer experience. Based on visualisations, 3D renderings and detailed plans, you will ultimately receive a
state-of-the-art design concept and a cost offer as a basis for your decision.

Technical planning and engineering

Once the design has been approved, the project plan is drawn up in detail and the project is managed. Construction, statics, materialisation, lighting and media technology are planned with technical precision. Interfaces with exhibition companies, authorities and other service providers are coordinated. This is where we combine creative vision with technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Production and quality assurance

Production is on schedule and quality-assured - from system and customised components to graphics and special designs. Material selection, processing and surface quality meet the highest standards. Ongoing quality controls ensure that planning and execution match exactly.

Logistics and international coordination

Global projects require precise logistics. Transport, customs clearance, storage and scheduling are managed centrally. We offer a full-service package and handle all communication with all other service providers and the exhibition centre.

Assembly and realisation on site

Experienced installation teams implement the project at the exhibition centre efficiently and on schedule. We coordinate all trades, monitor quality and ensure a smooth handover. Even last-minute adjustments on site are implemented flexibly.

8.

Support during the trade fair and dismantling

On request, we accompany the trade fair operation, take over the technical support and are available as a contact partner. At the end of the event, professional dismantling is carried out, including recycling, storage or reuse of components.

9.

Refurbishment and Storage

The work never stops—even after the trade show is over, we prepare your booth for its next use before storing it. This ensures that our high-quality materials remain exceptionally durable and that the booth is always ready for use.
