How we realise modular stand construction offers

At SYMA, we work closely with trade fair and event organisers to define standardised, economically attractive and high-quality stand construction offers for exhibitors. The aim is to create a clearly structured, easy-to-book offer that guarantees planning security for the organiser and efficiency for the exhibitor.

  • At the beginning, we define the framework conditions together with the organiser: Hall layout, stand sizes, price models, equipment variants, design guidelines and exhibitor target group structure. This determines which module packages are offered - for example, basic, comfort or premium variants - including clearly defined scopes of services.

  • On this basis, we develop modular stand solutions with a standardised architectural language. Design, materialisation, branding areas, lighting and optional additional services are standardised without restricting the exhibitor's customisation options. The result is clearly calculable, scalable system solutions.

  • Service descriptions, ordering processes and deadlines are defined together with the organiser. Digital order forms or exhibitor portals are integrated in a structured manner. Responsibilities, communication channels and approval processes are regulated transparently.

  • Once the modular stands have been integrated into the organiser's offer, we can take over the direct support of the exhibitors for all stand construction issues on request. We advise on questions relating to branding options, additional furniture, graphic production and technical extensions. In doing so, we ensure that the standard modules are implemented efficiently and that individual brand requirements are taken into account at the same time.

  • After the order is placed, the technical development of each individual stand takes place. Graphics are checked and produced, additional options are integrated and production capacities are planned in a bundled manner.

  • The module components are systematically produced or prepared from stock. Graphics, lighting, furniture and technical equipment are put together on a project-specific basis. Transport and hall logistics are coordinated centrally.

  • The realisation is carried out efficiently by experienced assembly teams. Thanks to standardised components, assembly times can be planned and resources optimally deployed. Quality, safety and adherence to deadlines take centre stage.

  • During the event, we are available as a point of contact if required. Structured dismantling takes place at the end of the event. Reusable system components are stored and prepared for future events - a decisive factor for cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
