Inhorgenta 2024

Our team was responsible for the design and construction of exhibition stands covering over 3000 square metres. This included the development and realisation of 118 modular exhibition packages, covering a total of 2350 square metres, as well as the customised planning and execution of four individual stands, with a total area of 650 square metres.

The challenge was to find individual solutions for each exhibitor within a defined time and budget framework. The aim was to present the numerous and highly diverse products appropriately, preserve the exhibitors' brand identity and create an inviting atmosphere for visitors. Thanks to close collaboration with the exhibitors and the use of modern technologies and materials, we were able to fulfil all of these objectives convincingly.

Thanks to our comprehensive knowledge of the trade fair location and our many years of experience, we were able to master the logistical coordination of the numerous exhibition stands, compliance with all safety regulations and consideration of the exhibitors' last-minute change requests. Our efficient planning processes and the great performance of the SYMA team of experts were crucial in ensuring that everything ran smoothly.

In its anniversary year, Inhorgenta was crowned with sparkling success. As the central stand builder, we are proud of SYMA's significant contribution to the public image of this traditional trade fair. The positive response from exhibitors and visitors confirms our work and emphasises the quality of the exhibition stands, contacts and experiences created. We are already looking forward to the next joint project.
