SYMA achieves coveted ISO 20121 certification
The ambitious goal formulated at the beginning of the year was achieved: we are now officially certified in accordance with the ISO 20121 industry standard for sustainable event management.
The ambitious goal formulated at the beginning of the year has been achieved: we are now officially certified in accordance with the ISO 20121 industry standard for sustainable event management. The award confirms that SYMA-SYSTEM AG has intensively analysed internal sustainability factors. ISO 20121 focuses on internal company processes that are regularly monitored externally.
With the three-year certification, SYMA is committed to a continuous improvement process. Specific areas were defined in advance, which will be further developed in the next cycle. We see this as a long-term commitment to firmly anchoring sustainable standards and making continuous progress. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Swiss industry association EXPO EVENT - Swiss LiveCom Association, which provided us with comprehensive advice during the process and actively supported us in reaching this milestone.
