Trade show restart for SYMA

In line with its slogan, Continental decided to showcase its offer in person at Auto Shanghai 2021 with a classic exhibition stand. The dynamic, self-confident design concept created by Wiesner Messearchitektur GmbH was highly visible and provided an attractive platform for the innovative new product presentations. This generated extremely high visitor footfall at the stand.

SYMA Germany was commissioned with the execution of the 300 m² exhibition stand as general contractor. Together with its Asian sister company SYMA Asia (working closely with Continental project manager Michaela Landwehr and the Continental team based in Shanghai), it was able to hand over the complex two-storey exhibition stand in top quality and to schedule. One of the most demanding of the many challenges was to follow the specifications and requirements of the Chinese trade fair organisers in response to the COVID-19 pandemic – and to implement them practically at the stand.
